7.2 Service Delivery

7.4 Pet Health and Safety

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that appears ill, aggressive, or poses a safety risk
• All pets must be current on vaccinations as required by Florida law
• We are not responsible for pre-existing health conditions or injuries
• Emergency veterinary care, if needed, will be sought at the owner's expense

7.5 Appointment Policies

• Appointments should be scheduled in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late arrivals may result in rescheduling
• Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements are made

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
